What you'll do
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to achieve regional business objectives and revenue targets
- Manage and strengthen distributor networks, super stockists, and key customer relationships to ensure effective market coverage and business expansion
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance performance, productivity, and capability building
- Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share, improve customer penetration, and drive profitability
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, collections, and credit management to ensure smooth business operations and financial discipline
