About the role
Responsible for driving Project Lakshmi's rural business by managing NGO partnerships, developing and engaging women entrepreneurs, enabling their capability building, driving secondary sales and ensuring effective product reach across micro-markets.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage the Lakshmi network of rural women entrepreneurs across assigned micro-markets and improve village penetration
- Coordinate with NGO partners for onboarding, training and activation of women entrepreneurs
- Partner with the Capability/Training team to facilitate product, selling and business capability-building interventions
- Build strong relationships with women entrepreneurs and support them in developing their chosen sales channel including door-to-door sales, weekly Haat and Melas
- Ensure stock liquidation from NGO to women entrepreneurs and availability of products at the end-consumer level
