About the role
Achieve the set business targets for the territory driving both primary and secondary sales. Achieve the set distribution and productivity related KPIs for the territory focusing on must sell SKUs, ECO, distribution targets, SKU mix, etc. Drive distributor partner management focusing on target achievement, salesman productivity, key partner engagement by tracking parameters & providing timely inputs and support.
