About the role
We are looking for a Team Lead – Influencer & Content Marketing to build and scale creator-led marketing across the Himalaya Health Care portfolio. This is a hands-on role for a digital-first marketer who understands how to discover the right creators, create compelling social-first content, negotiate effectively and turn creator partnerships into measurable brand and business impact.
What you'll do
- Influencer Strategy & Planning
- Develop influencer strategies aligned with brand, campaign and business objectives
- Define the right creator mix across Nano, Micro, Macro, Celebrity and expert/KOL influencers. Build both campaign-led and always-on creator programs
- Identify relevant creator territories across health, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, nutrition and regional content
