- Drive enrollment and acquisition of new loyalty members across Retail & D2C touchpoints
- Increase active member base and engagement levels
- Improve loyalty program awareness and sign-ups at stores
- Plan and execute member engagement campaigns.Improve redemption, repeat purchase, and tier migration.Manage customer lifecycle communication programs
- Drive sales through loyalty-led campaigns and targeted promotions.Increase average spend and purchase frequency of loyalty members.Track ROI of loyalty initiatives
