What you'll do
- Technically lead the technology and product development strategy in the areas of DC grids, distribution network, and energy storage solutions
- Create innovative products, systems, and solutions in anticipation of technology and product strategy
- Oversee the implementation of the strategy and the culture required for the employees to experiment with the right resources at the right level
- Introducing disruptive ideas to R&D operations and initiate technology and product development setup
- Provide technical and analytical leadership and guidance to the cross functional team including R&D
