About the role
Invoicing to customer POs, payment documents, payment follow up & receipts etc. for ETC projects & supervision invoices, time sheets, counting, clubbing, totaling etc. To arrange POs to vendors, their payments, Re-conciliation, ensure to follow, compliance & Hitachi process. Vendors ARC renewal, adding new vendors, CCQQ, finalization with SCM etc.
