The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product and process quality within HITACHI ENERGY INDIA LIMITED. This role involves implementing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems to meet company objectives and customer requirements.
What you'll do
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits on products, processes, and systems to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports to provide insights into quality performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, determine root causes, and facilitate effective resolution through cross-functional teams
