Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We're looking for someone who doesn't just scroll through Reels and TikToks for fun — you study them. You can spot a weak hook in the first second, know exactly why a video held attention (or lost it), and can translate that instinct into briefs that get creators to deliver their best work. This isn't a purely creative role, though.

What you'll do

• Identify, brief, and manage creator partnerships across tiers (nano to macro/agency-repped talent)
• Review content pre-launch for hook quality, brand fit, and hold potential
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing with creators and agencies
• Own and maintain a content calendar across multiple concurrent partnerships
• Track and report on performance — reach, EMV, engagement, conversions — and turn data into clear, actionable learnings
