About the role
Assist guests in connecting to the hotel network and perform MAC address Conduct daily Wi-Fi and mobile signal testing across guest rooms and public Identify weak signal zones and escalate them to the NOC team for resolution. Monitor ISP links and report network outages promptly. Maintain daily logs of customer complaints, resolutions, and network activities.
