Mech Design Engineer II Role Summary Honeywell is seeking a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join the product development team at the Bangalore Design Center. The ideal candidate will bring experience in electromechanical product design and development, including exposure to New Product Introduction and product lifecycle activities for aerospace and defense applications.
What you'll do
- Own mechanical design activities as an individual contributor within a global engineering team
- Execute mechanical design and development from concept through product release
- Design mechanical packaging solutions for electromechanical products used in aerospace and industrial environments
- Generate concepts, conduct design trade-off studies, and perform detailed engineering analysis
- Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure compliance with functional, manufacturing, and quality requirements
