What you'll do

• Lead and support new product development initiatives for technologies serving the refining, petrochemical, and natural gas processing industries
• Design, execute, and troubleshoot laboratory and pilot plant experiments, independently analyze results, and effectively communicate findings to global stakeholders
• Apply strong engineering and scientific fundamentals to solve technical challenges and generate innovative ideas aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with global R&D and Technical Services teams to develop and enhance process design guidelines and best practices
• Monitor and evaluate patents, technical publications, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and maintain technical competitiveness
