About the role
The Industrial Flexible Packaging Sales Manager will be responsible for driving HP Industrial flexible packaging business across the North region. The role focuses on managing and enabling channel partners, generating and validating sales opportunities, and maturing opportunities through the full sales cycle until closure.

- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales growth for HP Industrial flexible packaging solutions across the North region
- Build and execute regional sales plans aligned with HP’s industrial business objectives
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities with converters, co-packers, and brand owners
- Own the opportunity funnel, ensuring consistent pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
