What you'll do
- Provides day to day support for new product setup end to end in S4 system and other required systems for other activites including cost and pricing
- Prepare and maintain the prdouct setup master
- Manage customer esclations or quries effectively and efficiently
- Ensure accurate documentation to support overall service operations
