About the role
Manage and oversee day-to-day campus operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for technical, (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), waste, safety, security and compliance. Manage and oversee operations for the Retail area including restaurants, cafes, other retail tenants. Manage retail customer footfall and operations.

- Manage and oversee operations for the Retail area including restaurants, cafes, other retail tenants. Manage retail customer footfall and operations
- Engage and partner with tenant leaders to ensure optimal and effective campus operations; manage operations and delivery of amenities for all tenants and employees
- Develop and implement project and plans to enhance and improve operations for costs and efficiency
- Provide and drive new initiatives to ensure technology enablement to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
