About the role
The Regional Manager, Academics is the strategic and operational lead for the assigned region, responsible for the end-to-end implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of academic programs across all schools in the region.
What you'll do
- Strategic Academic Implementation & Monitoring
- Audit & Remediation: Conduct internal/external academic audits and classroom observations; identify implementation gaps and devise remedial action plans
- Team Leadership & People Management
- Stakeholder Management & Commercial Ownership
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, Academics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth school operations
