About the role
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for generating funds through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships, foundations, trusts, HNIs, and institutional donors. The role involves identifying funding opportunities, building corporate relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful donor engagement and retention.
What you'll do
- Identify and develop CSR funding opportunities with corporates
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, Sustainability Heads, HR Heads, and decision-makers
- Prepare fundraising proposals, concept notes, presentations, and budgets
- Lead fundraising meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Develop annual fundraising plans and achieve revenue targets
