About the role
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Commis III – Pastry & Bakery professionals to join our hospitality teams in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of pastry and bakery preparation, a passion for food production, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
What you'll do
- Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other bakery products as per the assigned section
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production
- Prepare ingredients, measure quantities, and maintain proper storage of raw materials
- Ensure all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized
