About the role
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Commis III – Indian Cuisine to join a professional kitchen team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will assist senior chefs in preparing authentic Indian dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
What you'll do
- Assist senior chefs in the daily preparation and production of Indian cuisine
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, spices, and other cooking essentials
- Assist in preparing Indian curries, gravies, dals, rice dishes, and other traditional preparations
- Support the preparation of Indian breads and accompaniments under supervision
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and cooking instructions
