Meta Ads Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high-performing Meta Ads expert to lead the charge for a UK-based agency specializing in the renewable energy sector. This is not a generalist media buying role; it is a specialized position for a technical strategist who lives and breathes lead generation. As the primary driver of ROI for solar and battery storage clients, you will own the end-to-end performance of complex campaigns.

What you'll do

• Launch, manage, and scale high-volume lead generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram daily
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from initial technical setup (Pixel, CAPI, and UTMs) to advanced horizontal and vertical scaling
• Monitor key performance indicators including CPL, CTR, Frequency, and Lead Quality, making proactive adjustments to combat creative fatigue
• Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels, utilizing A/B testing and CRO principles to maximize lead flow
• Manage client accounts independently, making high-level strategic decisions and communicating performance results clearly
