To provide APIs support interfacing with Channels and Payments applications. Manage incident and service request as lodged on ITSM tool. Assisting the Application Support team on APIs. Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL, Windows/Linux hands on experience Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
What you'll do
- Provide APIs support interfacing with Channels and Payments applications. Manage incident and service request as lodged on ITSM tool. Manage drills
- Assisting the Application Support team on APIs
- Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
- Review incidents report, lever to bring automation
- Review SOP, User Manuals as per need
