About the role
To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of business-critical applications by providing timely technical support, issue resolution, and system monitoring. Act as a bridge between end users, development teams, and IT operations to troubleshoot application issues and ensure minimal downtime. Providing active support for the technical resolution of incidents, reacting quickly and as necessary to live application errors with respect to digital channels
What you'll do
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of business-critical applications by providing timely technical support, issue resolution, and system monitoring

- Providing support and taking ownership of execution of assigned application related activities in the day to day operations
- Supporting the handover of new or enhanced software into business-as-usual (BAU) operation
