The role ensures smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems. Provide L1 and L2 support for application issues and interfaces. Ensure service improvements and adherence to SLAs/OLAs. Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes. Support audits and regulatory reporting.
What you'll do
- Provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications used across group functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement
- Provide L1 and L2 support for application issues and interfaces
- Ensure service improvements and adherence to SLAs/OLAs. Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes
- Support audits and regulatory reporting
- Monitor performance and availability of group applications (ERP, HRMS, Risk tools)
