Provide the application support, stability, enhancement, and governance of Group Functions Applications by ensuring reliable service delivery, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and alignment of technology solutions with organizational objectives across functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Insyrance etc.
What you'll do
- Provide the application support, stability, enhancement, and governance of Group Functions Applications by ensuring reliable service delivery, business continuity
- Provide Level 2 application support for Group Functions applications, ensuring timely incident resolution and service restoration
- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification for application and interface-related problems
- Manage and resolve service requests, incidents, and problem tickets in accordance with agreed SLAs
- Monitor application health, performance, batch jobs, and integrations to ensure operational stability
