What you'll do
- Tracking of the project from BRD, Evaluation of the products in the market, Estimation from Vendor, Obtaining relevant signoff from the stakeholders
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification measures and techniques
- Work with appropriate IT and business stakeholders to define, prioritize and manage the pipeline of potential Projects
- Provide Overall Project Administration: Participates in program team meetings, proactively documents meeting minutes, track issues, decisions and action items
- Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and various IT groups
