About the role
The incident manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, planning, and organization of resources for the resolution of Incidents. The Incident Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT incidents. Role includes declaring the incident as a major incident and ensuring that the MIM process is followed, and the incident is resolved at the earliest.
