About the role
Front end the implementation, integration, administration and strategic evolution of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and ITAM (HAM, SAM) capabilities to enhance operational visibility, asset governance, regulatory compliance and technology risk management across the Bank.
What you'll do
- Lead development and support of ITOM and ITAM solutions
- Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB initiatives
- Lead Software and Hardware Asset Management governance
- Establish CMDB governance and data quality controls
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Application and Operations teams
