About the role
To drive the strategic direction, growth, profitability, and governance of assigned product portfolios by developing market-relevant propositions, enhancing customer value, managing portfolio performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Ownership of New product / program development in co-ordination with all Stakeholders for Health Care Finance (HCF) and Industrial Equipment Finance (IE).

- Build RLOS platform for HCF & IE business
- Process re-engineering & TAT management
- Develop Sales tools to increase productivity
