About the role
Job Purpose You are a key member of the Customer Success Engineering (CSE) QA team under Corporate System Organization, responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of customer-facing and internal web applications. In this role, you will drive end-to-end functional testing, contribute to cloud release management in close collaboration with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, and expand automated test coverage using Playwright.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end functional testing for cloud-based applications — covering functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing across all release cycles
- Collaborate closely with the SRE team to support cloud release management: participate in deployment validation, monitor release pipelines

- Translate business requirements and user stories into comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Identify, log, and triage defects with clear reproducibility steps and root cause analysis; work directly with developers to drive timely resolution
