About the role
Job Purpose As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, you will work with the Systems Analysts, Development, and QA to understand the business/product requirements, system requirements and test scenarios related to the applications to build or modify the automation framework. You will be responsible for maintaining these frameworks by following the current standards along with coordinating test execution, training users, and providing user support.
What you'll do
- Work with industry leading test automation tools: Cypress utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript, OpenText Unified Functional Testing (UFT One), OpenText UFT Developer
- Work with the Systems Analysts, Development, and QA to understand the business/product requirements
- Be responsible for maintaining these frameworks by following the current standards along with coordinating test execution, training users, and providing user support
