This role will primarily focus on internal communications and social media , with an opportunity to help strengthen the Icertis brand across multiple channels. This is a highly collaborative role for a strong writer and storyteller who understands that great communication is about more than distributing information: it’s about creating connection, building culture, and giving people a reason to engage.
What you'll do
- Help to standardize the company’s approach to internal communications as we scale, establishing repeatable rhythms to inform employees about business strategy
- Write and edit content including internal newsletters, employee emails, leadership communications, and All Hands materials
- Maintain an internal editorial calendar to drive efficiency and standards around communications tone, approach, and cadence
- Partner to inform communications plans around major company announcements and milestones
- Monitor employee feedback to continuously improve comms impact
