About the role
We are seeking a technically strong Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the development of next‑generation AI products within our Applications & GovCon division. The role blends deep .NET and React.js experience with a passion for emerging technologies such as generative AI, Vibe coding, and modern DevOps practices.
What you'll do
- Mentor a cross‑functional team, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that power our enterprise contract management platform
- Define and own the technical architecture for AI‑enabled .NET and React applications
- Lead a team of engineers through full software development lifecycle, from design to production
- Collaborate with product, data science, and UX teams to translate AI concepts into usable features
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and security
