About the role
The Compliance Officer – Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring that both new and existing healthcare professional files meet the required UK healthcare compliance standards. The role will involve clearing new candidate files as well as maintaining the compliance of current active files , ensuring that all required documentation, checks, registrations, and renewals remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
What you'll do
- Maintain current active candidate files by ensuring ongoing compliance requirements are completed within the required timelines
- Manage the ongoing compliance and maintenance requirements for existing healthcare professionals
- Monitor expiry and renewal dates for registrations, certifications, documents, and other compliance requirements
- Ensure all candidate compliance records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Conduct regular reviews of candidate files to identify missing, expired, or outstanding documentation
