About the role
The QA Auditor supports Quality Improvement , compliance, and audit performance by reviewing hiring practices, pre-employment checks, and onboarding processes to ensure they meet all regulatory, legal, and framework requirements. At least 2 years’ experience within Quality Assurance working for UK Healthcare Framework standards
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with NHS, and external contractual standards and other relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard
- Assist with audits and contractual quality assurance requirements. Plan, conduct and review audits across the divisions
- Maintain governance documentation, risk registers and quality assurance records and develop, implement and oversee the annual Internal audit program
- Analyze audit findings to identify trends, risks and opportunities for service improvement
- Present audit findings and quality reports to the Group and Clinical Governance meetings
