What you'll do

• The Sales Manager is primarily focused on two key areas: sales and recruitment service delivery, and operations and people management
• Day-to-day management of sales operations: Oversee daily sales operations to ensure smooth processes, monitor KPIs
• Driving recruitment and service delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services and manage the booking process to achieve excellent results
• Operational and performance management: Lead and manage the recruitment team to enhance operational efficiency and achieve performance targets
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure quality and accuracy: Collaborate with specialized teams to maintain high standards and accuracy in service delivery
