About the role
This role is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of production materials, equipment, and technologies before conducting mass production. We are hiring for a Team Lead / Assistant Manager - Industralization Engineering based at NSEZ, Noida .
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end industrialization (NPI, process setup, validation, and ramp-up)
- Define, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes (process flow, parameters, IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure capability, yield, and cost efficiency
- Manage projects with clear milestones, risk assessment, and timely delivery
- Build and present investment cases (technical, capacity, and cost analysis)
- Drive technology transfer and standardization across sites
