The role entails analysing and execution of WB Loan Operations. Incumbent is accountable to ensure Efficient and Accurate processing of transactions and delivery of high quality customer service ensuring all processes are adhered as per the documented processes. What you'll do
- End-to-end management of Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL) & Short Term Loans (STL) lifecycle from disbursal to repayment
- Ensure accurate Drawing Power calculation
- Responsible for ensuring quick turn-around time and error-free processing of transactions
- Ensure best-in class customer service in providing general banking support to clients
- Assist in automations and digitization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
