About the role
The Associate Operations Specialist – Credit Card Operations will support the end-to-end operations of the credit card business, covering pre-issuance, post-issuance, authorizations, payments, disputes, and project UAT testing. The role involves managing card fulfillment, inventory, dispatch, servicing, transaction monitoring, statement generation, settlements, chargebacks, and ensuring compliance with scheme and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Manage and support credit card operations across the full lifecycle, including pre-issuance, post-issuance, authorizations, payments, and disputes
- Focus on automation and digitization to improve process efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and TAT
- Take initiative and recommend best practices to enhance operational processes
- Ensure end-to-end implementation of projects, including quality UAT, alignment with business requirements, and smooth transitions
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders using strong interpersonal and communication skills
