About the role
We are seeking an Associate Operations Specialist – Retail Assets Operations (D) to join our Loan Servicing – Retail Asset Operations team. This role is responsible for executing operational processes across various retail asset products within a centralized operations hub.
What you'll do
- Perform transaction processing across loan servicing functions such as storage management, insurance, payments, repayments, reconciliation, and quality assurance
- Ensure all transactions are processed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) with 100% accuracy
- Execute daily processing activities as per system guidelines and process checklists
- Manage a team of 5–6 direct reports, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service standards
- Coordinate with local branches to resolve discrepancies identified in loan files
