Branch Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch including Disbursement and customer relationship
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing Micro business loan Disbursement
- Maintain TAT & Quality of the files at the time disbursement
- Checking and disbursement of MBL cases on system based on the Company policy and parameters
- Co-ordinate with all Stake Holders like Sales, Credit, FCU on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work
- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity
