The role entails deepening relationships with Branch Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer is responsible for understanding the client needs and working with customers to help them make the right decisions with their accounts.
What you'll do
- '• Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations, account penetration and relationship deepening as per needs of customer
- Ensure maintenance of Average Monthly Balance of Relationship of customers mapped to the incumbent
- Deepen the relationship with existing customers of the branch
- Ensure completion of account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms. (Field verification Mandatory)
- Engage customers with multiple products at the time of account Opening. (viz: Mobile banking / Net banking registration / Recurring Deposit-Fixed Deposit activation)
