About the role
To analyze, design, and enhance Trade Finance systems and processes by collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding functional requirements, driving solution delivery, and ensuring smooth system operations across TRRACS, FBTI, and related trade applications.
What you'll do
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend optimized solutions
- Prepare BRDs, User Stories, and Functional Specifications based on business requirements
- Perform requirement analysis, functional testing, SIT support, and provide UAT sign‑off
- Manage and track Change Requests (CRs), enhancements, and project deliverables
- Provide L2/L3 production support, resolve functional issues, and coordinate with technology teams
