Job Title - Corporate Salary Relationship Manager The role entails deepening corporate salary accounts with a focus on quality of accounts. The role bearer has a responsibility to identify prospective customers and convert them into real business opportunities. The role would be responsible for acquiring corporate clients to enable acquisition of corporate salary accounts by sales managers and sales officers.
What you'll do
- Deepen existing portfolio to ensure customer stickiness
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance desired amounts in acquired accounts and update salary
- Periodically plan review of the under-performing customers and draw an action plan for improvement
- Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities
- Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management for efficient servicing and best in-class service
