- Ensure seamless customer onboarding experience, by ensuring best in-class customer service standards and processes
- Responsible for visiting client’s premises and assisting them in filling out Account opening forms and related document requirements
- Provide timely support to Business stake holders and manage client expectations
- Ensure that TAT is always maintained
- Timely response to the Client queries
