• Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the branch, ensuring strict compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues
• Lead and complete branch audits conducted by external auditors and ensure closure of audit observations
• Develop and implement action plans to drive profitability through branch operations and cross-selling
• Stay updated on product offerings to provide relevant advice to customers
