Digital Experience Manager

About the role

The role entails the responsibility for creating a seamless user experience for interactions in regards to digital transformation journey of the bank. The role holder is expected to collaborate with cross functional teams for smooth execution of the project as well as ensure best in class UI/UX services are provided to clients.

What you'll do

• '-Develop the operating plan for the UI/UX team and set goals and KPI's
• '-Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• '-Develop visualisation of screens within a prototype framework and maintain documentation regarding style guidelines
• '-Design well thought-out user experience flows
• '-Report key performance indicators to the senior management
