What you'll do
- Promote and drive adoption of mobile banking services
- Cross-sell bank products to new and existing customers
- Build CASA (Current Account Savings Account) value during the first two months post-account opening through initial funding and subsequent inflows
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly to meet Net Promoter Score (NPS) benchmarks
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, processes, and compliance standards
