What you'll do
- Managing Agri Portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene - Interest servicing, Churning, Review & Renewal, Enhancement
- Deepen relationship with customer and proactively own, respond, uncover and anticipate future needs and expectations
- Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio
- Work closely with Credit, Ops and Product on enhancement, retention, Exit of customers
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
