About the role
The Private Banker – First Private is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs). The role focuses on delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions, including investment, insurance, and other banking products, to meet the sophisticated financial needs of private banking clients.
What you'll do
- Acquire HNI and UHNI clients through natural market outreach, open market activities, and referrals from internal sources such as branches and digital networks
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships by addressing all banking and wealth management needs
- Provide a seamless and personalized banking experience, both in terms of product offerings and relationship management
- Drive cross-sell of investment, insurance, and other bank products to generate fee income
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores by delivering consistent and high-quality service
