About the role
The role entails facilitating the product, process, and policy framework. Work closely with all relevant stakeholders, Business, Risk, U/w, Ops, Collections, Compliance, IT, etc. while designing new product, modification of existing program, digitizing the process, simplifying the Processes, Aligning the policy with market requirement without compromising on the risk and compliance.
What you'll do
- Drive and monitor the Business Banking Portfolio on daily/weekly/monthly basis to maintain all delinquencies metrics at desired levels by continuously analyzing
- Monitor and analyse key portfolio performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments with respect to overall DPD, Out of Order
- Play a vital role in increasing the profitability of the business by maintaining by ensuring minimum roll forwards and addition to the NPA pool
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Engage with Front end team, Regional & Zonal Head for stressed relationship at Pan India Level
